EEMS Management Team
Steve's role within EEMS is Operations Manager. Steve undertakes the day-to-day running of the organisation as well as liaising with clients, and volunteer management.
At events, Steve's main role is to provide management to the onsite medical team, incident management and to act as a liaison with the event organiser and other agencies.
Steve comes to EEMS with a wealth of experience from the event medical sector and the Ambulance Service. These transferable skills are vital in the planning, organisation and management of events.
Ashley is a Registered Healthcare Professional with the HCPC and works clinically within the department of Anaesthetics & Critical Care and has a specialist interest in Resuscitation.
Ashley is also a qualified Teacher/Trainer in Medical Education (FdA in Education) as well as a Advanced Life Support Instructor for the Resuscitation Council UK.
Ashley is responsible for ensuring safe and effective practice is being delivered by EEMS personnel at all times.
As well as ensuring high quality clinical governance is being practiced.
Ashley comes to EEMS with previous experience as Clinical Lead at public events.
